Today there are no before and after pics since all I did was go through one drawer on my desk. So instead of show and tell I want to share with you why it’s important to rid yourself of clutter especially if you want to run a business out of your home. I have learned that clutter doesn’t make you feel productive. It can make you feel depressed. Plus if your main pain points for clutter accumulation are visible to people coming into your home you eventually feel like you are living in CHAOS-Cant Have Anyone Over Syndrome. Running a business out of your house can also feel like trudging up a mountain if you always have to hunt for pens, notebooks, post it notes, sharpies etc. I mean really… think about it.
I have felt so much better about how my living room looks now that I have tackled my sore spot. I have two more major sore spots to go.
Today I did find a roll of film for a 35 mm camera that is unused. I also found a disposable camera that needs to be developed and another disposable camera that still has about 11 exposures on it. I have a couple of things that are going to be sold at a tech swap meet next weekend.
